At CORUS , we are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our team on an international project.
Location : Remote from Spain
You will:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable AWS cloud architectures.
- Build and manage data pipelines using AWS Glue.
- Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
- Manage storage solutions leveraging Amazon S3.
- Deploy and maintain compute resources using Amazon EC2.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using AWS QuickSight.
- Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions.
You should have:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience with AWS services: Glue, Lambda, S3, EC2, QuickSight.
- Experience with cloud architecture and best practices (Well-Architected Framework).
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Good understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch).
Optional:
- AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer).
- Experience with big data technologies and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
