Design and execution of the people strategy at national and international level
Management of a cross-functional HR team (6–8 people) at national and international level
Strategic partnership with the CEO and C-Level as senior HR business partner
Definition, implementation and ongoing update of HR policies and procedures
Management of internal communication initiatives and channels
Oversight of recruitment processes, with active involvement in the selection of Directors and Managers
Design and implementation of the talent development and succession plan
Supervision of Health & Safety procedures and compliance
Coordination of payroll operations, compensation & benefits structure, and headcount cost and personnel budget (BBPP) analysis
Management of relationships with trade unions and works councils
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 in leadership positions
Strong knowledge of labour relations, Spanish employment law, and collective bargaining agreements
Proven experience in business partnering with senior leadership and C-Level
Proven experience in international and multicultural environments
Proficiency in HR analytics tools and people KPI reporting
Languages: Spanish and English advanced (B2-C1); French, Italian, Portugues or Dutch is a plus
Leadership, communication, negotiation, and change management skills
Results-oriented with the ability to work autonomously

Permanent, full time contract, 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
