What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Data Ops Engineer – AI Enablement to work in advanced data environments and generative AI.
This role combines Data/Analytics Engineering (60%) with AI Enablement/GenAI (40%), preparing high-quality data and applying LLMs to build analytical solutions and intelligent automation.
Location: 100% remote
English: B2+ / C1
Key Responsibilities
- Develop ETL/ELT processes using Python and SQL.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability.
- Model data and build analytical datasets and AI pipelines.
- Implement data cleaning, validation, and quality control.
- Integrate LLM APIs and design GenAI solutions (RAG, prompting, embeddings, semantic search).
- Use GenAI tools to accelerate development and documentation.
- Document processes, models, prompts, and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams on data and AI solutions.
Key Requirements
Must-have
- Advanced Python and SQL.
- Experience with ETL/ELT and data modeling.
- Experience working with medium/large-scale data.
- Knowledge of Git.
- Experience with LLM APIs and GenAI projects.
- Knowledge of prompting and output evaluation.
Nice to have
- Data Lake / Warehouse / Lakehouse architectures.
- Orchestration and cloud environments.
- GenAI tools (LangChain, OpenAI, LlamaIndex…).
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of data security and governance.
