Your day-to-day
Assist with the daily preparation and set-up of the restaurant and bar areas.- Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workspace and equipment.
- Properly use work machinery and ensure compliance with safety standards and personal protective equipment.
- Ensure correct storage and labeling of food and beverages in the appropriate areas.
- Report any needs for replenishing stock or products for the next service.
- Keep your workstation clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Comply with the hotel's sustainability and environmental policies.
What we need from you
Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.- Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for 6 months preferably.
- Previous hotel knowledge and experience in operational departments will be valuable.
- Must be fluent in English and/or Spanish.
- Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for food & beverage area.
