Keep our sales and deliveries running with high speed and efficiency, being responsible for the behind the scenes activities that support vehicle sales and deliveries in your market across both new and used cars.
What You'll Do
Main Responsibilities

Incentives: submit and justify applications and document collection

Ensure all incentive processes are compliant and report any potential issue, , reviewing documentation for accuracy and completion
- Customer and sales team support for incentives queries
- Responding to incentives requirements of regulatory authorities
Occasionally support with high volume:
-
Vehicle registration and ownership transfer
-
Trade-In / Remarketing vehícles
Background:
- Administrative, automotive experience preferred
What You'll Bring-
Strong problem-solving skills, with initiative and proactivity.

Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.

Used to working with various and multiple computer systems

Flexibility to support business needs related to the sale and delivery of new vehicles on an ad-hoc basis.

Ability to work in a team and achieve common goals.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Good knowledge of Excel.
