Your role and key responsibilities
Lead assigned process of production, overseeing the planning of production equipment from concept to handover, ensuring demands, technical specification and timelines, tracking progress against milestones.
Analyze and evaluate existing equipment and manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency, reliability, safety and ergonomics, conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new equipment and technologies
Ensure adaptation of local regulations of the machinery in the assigned process
Track and report daily technical issues, including FAT, SAT, and ramp-up phases, prepare and conduct the handover of the equipment to internal customers under consideration of CMK, CPK and Performance Check
Implement modifications and upgrades resulting from product or process changes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety (Change management)
Serve as the interface between cross functional teams, including Production, Process Planners, Quality, Logistic, Procurement, R&D, HSE, PMO and entire Operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date the documentation of the machinery related (such as work instruction, SOPs) and prepare regular reports on equipment performance, project status and key metrics
Create and improve the process standards, prepare and support internal and external audits
Support and monitor the status of control plans and P-FMEAs, ensuring all documentation is current and up-to-date
Assist in the DOE for process parameter adjustments and equipment improvements
Support failure analysis and root cause investigations, including teardown analysis, in collaboration with the relevant department
What you bring to the team
Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or equally valid to possess relevant professional experience in the battery industry.
More than 3 years experience in battery sector.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel internationally.
