We are currently building our Costa Blanca team and are looking for one exceptional Swiss-German speaking consultant to own this market segment.

You will be the trusted point of contact for Swiss and DACH-market buyers searching for new build properties on the Costa Blanca.
Your day-to-day will include:

Consulting international buyers through every stage of their purchase journey

Conducting property viewings - both in-person and virtually

Negotiating and closing new build deals

Coordinating with the developers on your clients' behalf

Keeping ahead of new launches, developer incentives, and market shifts
This is a consultative sales role - not transactional. Your clients will return, refer, and remember you.

A native or fluent Schweizerdeutsch speaker with strong written and spoken German

Experienced in property sales - ideally new build, though strong sales backgrounds from adjacent sectors will be considered

Based on or willing to relocate to the Costa Blanca area

Someone who takes pride in precision, follow-through, and client experience

In possession of a valid driver's licence and personal vehicle

Comfortable working from our Alicante office 2–3 days per week
