We’re looking for an IT Operations Specialist to take ownership of the tools and systems that keep the business running day-to-day — from internal IT support to managing key platforms like Shopify, Google Workspace, Zendesk, and Klaviyo, as well as operational tools across the company.
This is a highly hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll work closely with Ecommerce, Retail, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to ensure our systems run smoothly, problems are solved quickly, and teams can work efficiently without friction.
We’re looking for someone practical, organised, proactive, and comfortable moving across different systems and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Own internal IT support across the company, including tools, accounts, permissions, and devices.
- Manage users and access across platforms such as Google Workspace, Shopify, Zendesk, Klaviyo, and logistics systems.
- Maintain and improve the reliability of our operational tools, with a strong focus on Shopify.
- Configure and troubleshoot integrations between systems and platforms.
- Support onboarding processes, including account setup and device management.
- Support retail teams with technical troubleshooting and operational needs.
- Identify recurring issues and improve workflows through automations and smarter processes.
- Document systems, processes, and internal workflows clearly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or similar hands-on technical roles.
- Experience managing users, permissions, and business tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Zendesk, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Comfortable supporting non-technical teams practically and efficiently.
- Organised, proactive, and operational mindset.
- Good level of English and Spanish.
- Experience working in e-commerce or retail environments.
- Shopify integrations and troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with logistics or operational platforms.
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Bash, Zapier, Make, etc.).
- Experience as the main IT point of contact within a company.
