As Construction Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of construction and refurbishment projects globally. From initial concept definition through to final delivery and opening, you will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with scope.
You will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects under the approved Property Improvement Plan (PIP), coordinating multidisciplinary external partners while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and risk control.
Act as the main point of contact for all external collaborators
Lead and coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the full project lifecycle
Ensure alignment across internal stakeholders (Construction, Operations, Finance, Leadership)
Provide clear and structured reporting on project progress, risks, and deviations
Drive accountability to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope
Review and approve Concept Design (CD) and Schematic Design (SD) developed by external teams
Ensure technical solutions align with project objectives, operational needs, and brand standards
Provide ongoing technical oversight across all project phases
Define project timelines, milestones, and execution plans
Lead contractor selection, tendering, and procurement processes
Monitor and control project budgets, including validation of contractor costs and final accounts
Identify and proactively mitigate project risks
Ensure all scope changes are properly evaluated, approved, and documented
Maintain control over project deviations, ensuring structured decision-making
Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in construction project management
Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end in international environments
Experience in tertiary sector projects (hospitality, wellness, retail, or similar)
Solid experience in project planning, cost control, and contractor management
Strong understanding of construction processes, design phases, and project delivery frameworks
Formal training in Project Management
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
Ability to coordinate and influence multiple stakeholders
High attention to detail with a structured approach to execution
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments
