What would your day at GAC look like?

Overseeing port agency operations for vessels calling at Algeciras & Gibraltar.

Coordinating with port authorities, customs, immigration, and other stakeholders.

Ensuring accurate, timely documentation for vessel arrivals, departures and cargo handling.

Maintaining strong relationships with shipowners, charterers and local service providers.

Ensuring compliance with Spanish maritime regulations and international standards.

Managing emergency situations and effectively resolving operational challenges effectively.
What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics or Business Administration.

Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in shipping agency operations.

Technical Skills: Microsoft office / Proficiency in port community systems and shipping software.

Soft skills: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
