You will become part of a strategic growth project, leading one of the most promising logistics operations within iMile Europe. This role will play a key part in strengthening and scaling our warehouse operation in Spain, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and supporting the company's ambitious growth plans.
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operation in Madrid, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day warehouse operation in a high-volume cross-docking environment.
- Manage inbound, sorting, outbound and dispatch activities, ensuring efficiency, quality and service levels.
- Lead, coach and develop warehouse supervisors and operational teams.
- Ensure warehouse KPIs are consistently achieved, including productivity, dispatch SLA, sort accuracy and operational quality.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and standardize warehouse processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate closely with Linehaul, Middle Mile and Last Mile teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support capacity planning and operational scaling in line with business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, accountability and teamwork.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations, preferably within logistics, parcel delivery, transportation or e-commerce environments.
- Experience leading operational teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of cross-docking operations and warehouse management.
- Experience working with operational KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and Spanish is mandatory (spoken and written).
- A good level of English will be considered an advantage.
