Your role
As a Hostess/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable first impression. You will manage reservations, welcome guests, and ensure a smooth flow of service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Your role is essential in creating a seamless and personalized guest experience from the moment guests arrive.
What you will do:
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists
Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the venue
Coordinate with the restaurant and service teams to optimize table allocation
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally
Ensure reservation systems are updated and accurate
Maintain an organized reception and host stand area
Assist in maximizing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Support special events and guest experience initiatives when required
Who we’re looking for:
Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
Friendly, confident, and professional personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Team player with a positive mindset
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or similar guest-facing role is preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience using reservation management systems is a plus
Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
