Responsibilities:
Provide continuous support to our customers and sales team
Orders and projects management
Direct contact with customers, including managing offers and deliveries
Constant contact with our factories and supply chain team to manage our deliveries to customers
Requirements:
Technical and/or management education
Experience of at least 2 years in sales, customer service, or logistics functions
High level of English as the position involves daily contact with other organizations of the Group
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and other ERPs preferable
Good organization skills, willingness to learn, and comfortable in relationships with customers
