Your mission in our team:
As an ATC Application Engineer, you will be the technical expert responsible for the specific project engineering, configuration, testing, and verification of wayside and/or on-board Automatic Train Control equipment. You will ensure the safe and efficient movement of trains, utilizing the latest failsafe technology for both national and international projects.
You’ll make a difference by:

Acting as the technical expert for ATC sub-system engineering rules, data preparation, and tooling.

Analyzing project requirements to deliver comprehensive ATC sub-system solutions.

Engineering specific ATC configurations and creating/maintaining the necessary software.

Managing ATC software preparation within budget and planned milestones.

Executing testing and verification, and supporting teams with log analysis and configuration issues.

Participating across the entire ATC application engineering cycle, from specification to commissioning.
Your success is grounded in:

A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel, including VBA macros.

Experience in requirements analysis and trackside ATC data preparation.

Familiarity with CENELEC standards, V-life cycle models, and configuration management tools (e.g., Subversion, PVCS).

Fluent written and spoken English; fluent Spanish is highly desirable.
