The Health & Safety Coordinator ensures a safe, compliant, and sustainable work environment across all locations (office, hybrid, remote). The role manages health, safety, and environmental risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports ESG initiatives while promoting a strong culture of prevention and employee wellbeing.

Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and maintain policies, procedures, and risk prevention measures

Identify and manage workplace risks, including incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

Coordinate audits, emergency plans, and liaise with regulatory bodies and external partners

Deliver H&S training, promote employee awareness, and support wellbeing initiatives

Ensure H&S compliance of suppliers, contractors, and workplaces

Support environmental management (ISO 14001), including monitoring, compliance, and ESG alignment

Strong H&S and risk prevention knowledge

Understanding of sustainability and environmental practices

Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in Spanish and English

3–5 years in Health & Safety or similar role

Knowledge of Spanish H&S regulations (international exposure is a plus)

Relevant H&S qualification required; degree is a plus

Eligible for Servicio de Prevención Mancomunado (min. 3 specialties)

ISO 14001 or environmental knowledge is advantageous
