Die Position
As ourEmployee Lifecycle Management (ELM) Specialist, you will join a dynamic and spirited team dedicated to supporting our Spanish Affiliates.
In this role, you are more than an administrator; you are a customer service champion and an HR advisor. You will ensure that every milestone in our employees' journey—from their first day to their last—is handled with care, precision, and a focus on our global standards. You will be the backbone of our HR operations, turning complex processes into smooth, impactful moments for our colleagues.
Your Main Responsibilities
- End-to-End Lifecycle Expert: You will provide expert Tier 2 support across key HR events, including onboarding (contracts, pre-employment checks), employee changes (moves, contract modifications, payroll data), and offboarding processes.
- Advisory& Troubleshooting: You’ll act as a point of escalation for HR systems and inquiries, resolving requests and troubleshooting issues with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Continuous Improvement: You won't just follow processes; you’ll help improve them. You'll actively participate in developing and implementing initiatives to simplify and enhance our ways of working.
- Stakeholder Partnership: You will build and manage strong relationships with HR partners and business leaders, ensuring our service delivery is always aligned with their needs.
- Role Model& Collaboration: You’ll behave as a role model within the PSS organization, showing a flexible attitude and fostering a collaborative environment where we learn from each other every day.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone self-motivated, open-minded, and dedicated to making a difference.
- Experience: Background in service delivery or customer care environments. If you already have experience in HR Operations or HR Services, that’s a fantastic advantage!
- Education: You have a Bachelor's Degree and very valuable focused on HR activities.
- Mindset: You bring a growth and agile mindset, especially in ambiguous situations. You take end-to-end accountability and have a natural knack for problem-solving.
- Customer Centricity: You are truly passionate about providing high-quality service and thrive in fast-paced, multi-cultural, and changing environments.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential, as you will be supporting diverse teams across the EMEA region.
