We are now looking for a Business Operation Controller to have a crucial role in supporting our Studio. For this role Spanish and Catalan is mandatory.

- Prepare and review Studio annual budget (AOP).
- Manage monthly intercompany charges, including cost-plus calculations.
- Review monthly financial internals reports and year-end figures from HQ, comparing them to AOP.
- Review data entries and reporting in Oracle, ensuring alignment with AOP.
- Update and monitor monthly forecasts for OPEX and CAPEX.
- Support and/or supervise studio purchasing processes.
- Prepare documentation for R&D incentives.
- Manage local cash flow in coordination with Activision Treasury team.
- Support Activision and Microsoft shared services (tax, treasury, finance,..)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in audit (Big Four or similar).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (IAS/IFRS and US GAAP).
- Advanced level of English.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve.
- Experience with Oracle.
- Background in controlling roles
- Studio located in central Barcelona.
