Summary

Sarena de Muro Mallorca Resort Destination by Hyatt is seeking a dynamic F&B Pool Manager. In this role you will be responsible for delivering superior Food and Beverage Service and maximizing customer service. This position reports to the Director of F&B.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating daily pool restaurant management operations

Maintain high standards of high-quality control

Oversee smooth operations in all areas, including the pool kitchen and bar areas

Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction

Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customers

Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations

Support in hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to pool customers, assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities

Resolving conflicts or complaints from pool and bar customers and employees

Monitoring store inventory activity and ensuring proper provisions

Support Operations Managers to manage procurement/purchasing, vendor relations

Provide effective and efficient processes and strategies to evolve revenues and controls on expenses (generate and manage cost reports)

Support Operations Managers to establish and achieve business and profit objectives – Financial responsibility of the restaurant

Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures

Operating equipment responsibility

Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business

Qualifications

Proven Leadership skills.

Proven Food and Beverage management experience (Restaurant management)

Preferred F&B school diploma or degree in service management or related field

Minimum 2 years in a Management/Assistant Management position

Up to date with F&B trends and best practices

Knowledge of bartending would be an asset

Communication, leadership skills, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently - conflict resolution

Guest-oriented and service-minded

Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment

Fluent in English and other languages
