We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
Responsibilities:
Your role as a Program Assistant will involve:
The Program Assistant to IE School of Architecture and Design will help the Bachelor in Fashion Design Program Management with the day-to-day issues related to the Bachelor in Fashion Design (BIFD) and the Dual Program in BIFD+ BBA (BBABIFD).
His/her primary responsibility is to guarantee the efficient flow of the daily operations of the BIFD and BBABIFD Undergraduate Programs. The Assistant will report to the Academic Director and Associate Director. He/she will work along with faculty, professors, lab technicians and students to ensure the optimal development of the programs.
The Program Assistant must feel comfortable working in a busy environment that will require multi-tasking and the ability to manage a high volume of work. Also, the successful candidate should be detail-oriented, enjoy interacting with students, and being a team player.
We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower. The training period will take place in Segovia.

Responsibilities
Your role as Program Assistant will involve:
- Act as point of contact (coordination and constant communication) with the different departments involved in programs’ operations (Faculty, Admissions, Registrar’s Office, Planning…).
- Attend and support the students and professors on a daily basis.
- Manage a high volume of e-mail and respond on time to student queries.
- Process internal expense reports.
- Compile and update databases with student information.
- Contribute to the preparation and edition of reports and presentations.
- Assist the Program Management Team in the communication with internal and external stakeholders (students, professors, IEU departments).
- Manage the logistics of the program deliveries: caterings, organization of extracurricular events and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the Creative Industries
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, and good communication skills (verbal and written).
- A track-record of customer interface, excellent organization skills, and a “can-do attitude”.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Curious, open to learn and with team-working skills.
- Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment.
