Founded in 2015 by two social entrepreneurs that want to change the way people travel, ImpacTrip aims at combining the best of travel with a positive social and environmental impact. We offer international volunteer programs in which you can dedicate 1 to 12 weeks volunteering for local non-profits for a specific cause while meeting people from all over the world. We’ve received people from 80+ different nationalities who contributed with over 200.000 hours of volunteer work to support 700+ non-profits.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Responsible
- Independent and able to work autonomously
- Able to work with an international team remotely
- Problem-solving oriented
- Socially-driven
Responsibilities:
- Creation and improvement of Volunteer Programs in Barcelona
- Coordination of the entire logistical operation of the international volunteering programs in Barcelona – Airport pick-ups, Escorting clients on volunteer programmes, Escorting on tours, etc;
- Expansion and nurturing of our Social and Environmental partners’ network – Analyse, coordinate and manage the various needs
- Management of client reservations
- Cross-selling of tourism programmes to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in a relevant field (tourism, social work, management, etc)
- Experience in clients management
- Ability to work autonomously with a remote team
- Very good English language skills (mandatory)
- Native Spanish/Catalan speaker
