We are hiring a Cold Calling Sales Specialist (B2B Tech Solutions) to generate new business opportunities in BENELUX, UK and Ireland. This role is ideal for a high-energy outbound sales professional who enjoys high-volume calling, clear targets and opening real B2B opportunities for senior closers.
Blue Code is a Dutch-Spanish tech company based in Alicante, building teams and delivering digital solutions for established international clients across Europe. You will represent our B2B tech services: nearshore tech teams in Alicante, Data & AI custom software delivery, EU IT freelancers for projects, IT recruitment and payrolling/EOR services.
Work model: Hybrid, typically 50% office in Alicante and 50% remote, depending on business needs
Responsibilities

Prospect target companies and identify the right decision makers

Cold call daily to generate qualified leads and book meetings

Run structured follow up sequences by phone, email and LinkedIn

Qualify needs, timing, stakeholders and next step

Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes, follow ups and pipeline stages

Hit clear weekly activity and meeting targets
Requirements

Minimum +2 years in outbound sales and cold calling (B2B preferred)
- Expected results: 2-5 qualified leads a week.

Strong English (C1 level or higher is a must) and confident on the phone

Comfortable to work with clear targets

Organised and consistent

Able to work hybrid with regular office time in Alicante
Nice to Have

Experience in IT services, recruitment, staffing, nearshoring or SaaS
