- Location: Construction site in Gatika (Spain) . You need to have a vehicle to reach the site.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting:
- Collect, organize, and maintain project and site data
- Support communication:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and site updates
- Assist with project coordination:
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Facilitate onboarding:
- Support new joiners and introduce site processes, routines, and facilities
- Monitor site workforce data:
- Track presence, working hours, and timesheets
- Improve processes:
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows
- Support logistics:
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, transport, and deliveries
- Manage site operations:
- Coordinate suppliers and maintain office facilities
- Ensure safety and readiness:
- Manage resources and PPE availability
Your Background
- Education or experience in: Administration, office management, or project support, preferably within a construction or site environment
- Experience in: Reporting, documentation, and record management
- Preparing presentations and project documents
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in logistics coordination: Travel, accommodation, vehicles, suppliers, and facilities
- Data management skills: Working with tables, tracking tools, and structured records
- Communication skills: Ability to interact with site teams and stakeholders
- Languages: English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Mindset: Proactive, service‑oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic site environment and supporting during workload peaks
