Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is looking for a Global Cash Management Executive Director based out of Madrid
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Global Cash Management Director to join our Corporate & Investment Banking division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our global cash management strategy , leading a team based in Madrid, and advising multinational clients on best-in-class liquidity, payments, and treasury solutions.
This is a senior leadership position with global responsibilities for driving business origination, enhancing product capabilities, and ensuring seamless delivery of cash management services across markets

Define and implement the global strategy for cash management, payments, and liquidity solutions , in alignment with the bank’s corporate banking objectives .

8–10 years of experience in corporate banking, cash management, or strategic consulting, ideally within an international context (Required)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance , Economics, Business Administration , or related field (Required)
MBA (Preferred)
