We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to support daily operations, improve internal processes, and assist management in achieving strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily business operations and administrative activities.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution across departments.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and operational tracking.
- Organize meetings, maintain records, and manage calendars when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes.
- Support management with research, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business coordination, administration, or operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Knowledge of business reporting and operational analysis.
- Experience working with international teams or clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business process management.
