Program Coordinator to join its team!
The Coordinator for the Executive MBA Programs plays an important role in ensuring the seamless delivery of programs by focusing on student support, faculty support (technical and training support), overseeing videoconference sessions and assisting the team with various operational tasks.
This position requires a proactive, organized, and service-oriented professional who can manage multiple stakeholders, anticipate needs, and contribute to a collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities:
Your role as a Program Coordinator will involve:

Student support: Support students through their entire student journey during their face to face residentials and online periods.

Faculty training and technical assistance: Support professors in the use of teaching tools and platforms, resolve technical questions, and deliver tailored training sessions as needed.

Videoconference preparation: Assist faculty during virtual sessions and ensure smooth delivery of online classes and events.

Team assistance and support: Collaborate in operational and administrative tasks to enable effective teamwork and continuous improvement of program processes.

Cross-team collaboration: Align and collaborate closely with different department inside IE

Availability to travel and support students in international residencies
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Full fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Bachelor’s degree.

3–5 years of professional experience.

Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
