We're looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to lead global acquisition campaigns for a fast-growing gaming company behind some of the world's highest-rated skill-based mobile games.
In this role, you'll have the autonomy to develop acquisition strategies, optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with creative teams to drive sustainable user growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple paid marketing channels.
- Manage campaigns across SDK networks, DSPs, social platforms, rewarded networks, and other acquisition channels.
- Own the complete campaign lifecycle, including:
- Budget management
- Bid optimization
- Campaign structure
- Ad copy optimization
- Landing page optimization
- Conversion rate optimization
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop high-performing advertising assets.
- Continuously identify new growth opportunities and acquisition channels.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in User Acquisition within the mobile gaming industry.
- Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns.
- Experience with self-service advertising platforms.
- Strong background managing significant advertising budgets.
- Experience across multiple user acquisition channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret attribution and performance data.
- Experience building relationships with publishers and marketing partners.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Positive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
