Tasks and Responsibilities:

Leads the end-to-end delivery of complex projects (and programs) across functions and regions.

Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develops and manages detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinates resources, stakeholders, and dependencies across involved teams.

Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks, issues, and changes.

Ensures adherence to governance, project management standards, and reporting requirements.

Drives alignment with business objectives and ensures realization of expected outcomes.

Monitors project (and program) progress, performance, and budget utilization.

Provides regular and transparent communication to stakeholders and leadership.

Facilitates decision-making and resolves escalations within the project.

Ensures high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing complex projects (and programs) in a cross-functional environment.

Strong project management expertise and certification (e.g., IPMA C/B, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile frameworks).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities .

Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Experience in budget tracking and resource coordination.
