Job Overview
Shiva Ganga Groups SL is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Sales Coordinator to manage and support group sales operations across multiple clients and markets. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales activities, handle group bookings, support client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes from inquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage group sales inquiries, bookings, and client requests
- Communicate with clients, travel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor sales targets, performance metrics, and revenue goals
- Support negotiation of group pricing, packages, and agreements
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
- Assist in planning group itineraries, schedules, and logistics when required
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
- Previous experience in sales coordination, group bookings, or customer relationship roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or group services industry
- Familiarity with sales reporting and performance tracking tools
- Bilingual skills (Spanish and English preferred)
- Experience handling international clients or group operations
