We are recruiting a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT for Novaya Iberia, a European multinational leader in the manufacture of natural and sustainable latex products for the sleep industry, with an international presence and plant in La Almunia de Doña Godina (Zaragoza).
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage customer orders end-to-end: issuing, processing and monitoring them according to established procedures.
- Control stock levels and ensure product availability to support efficient planning.
- Coordinate order-related documentation and organise shipments with operations and logistics teams.
- Plan and manage Iberian market orders using the Ariadne ERP.
- Handle customer enquiries, requests and incidents, providing a fast and professional response via email and phone.
- Manage claims, returns and cancellations, ensuring customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for in you?
- University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar Customer Service positions.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office and experience using ERP systems; Ariadne experience is highly valued.
- High level of English (C1-C2) both spoken and written. Knowledge of French, Italian or other languages will be an advantage.
- Residence in La Almunia, Zaragoza, or nearby areas.
- Strong skills in organisation, communication, problem-solving, customer focus and teamwork.
