Your Role
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for managing the Revenue Management strategy across a portfolio of six hotels, including forecasting, pricing, inventory management, distribution, competitive analysis, business intelligence, group business management, strategic reporting, and continuous process improvement, with the objective of maximizing revenue, optimizing commercial performance, and driving overall business profitability.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue, profitability, and yield across a portfolio of six hotels through business trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and the implementation of effective Revenue Management and pricing strategies.
- Produce, audit, and maintain Revenue Management reports for the six-hotel portfolio, providing forward-looking insights to support forecasting, identify commercial opportunities, and achieve hotel financial objectives.
- Manage forecasting and hotel inventory strategies for both transient (FIT) and group business across the six properties, ensuring optimal revenue performance.
- Monitor and optimize the use of Revenue Management, inventory, and business intelligence systems across the hotel portfolio.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership teams and corporate stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions that improve hotel performance.
- Analyze hotel performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making across the six hotels.
- Support the implementation of pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel profitability.
- Assist the Director of Revenue Management in optimizing the business mix and revenue performance across the six-hotel portfolio.
- Ensure pricing decisions are effectively integrated into hotel distribution strategies across all channels, including brand websites, OTAs, third-party partners, and GDS platforms.
- Liaise with Account Managers and commercial teams to evaluate pricing and inventory opportunities for group business across the hotel portfolio.
- Support the management of group blocks, including cut-off dates, rooming lists, pickup analysis, and inventory wash.
- Prepare and present revenue forecasts, performance reports, and strategic analyses for hotel and corporate stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of Revenue Management tools and best practices across the six hotels to enhance commercial performance.
- Monitor channel performance, promotional ROI, and data quality while ensuring alignment with Hyatt's Best Available Rate (BAR) pricing philosophy.
- Develop training materials, user documentation, and deliver training sessions when required.
- Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by management within the scope of Hotel Revenue Management.
