About the Role:
As a Spanish Lengua y Literatura Teacher, you will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that foster a love of language and literature while ensuring strong academic progress for all students. You will take full responsibility for planning, teaching and assessing learning, using data to inform your approach and continuously improve outcomes. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment and play an active role in the wider life of the school, including meetings, duties and events. You will build strong relationships with students and families, maintaining clear communication and supporting student wellbeing, behaviour and personal development in line with school policies and safeguarding expectations.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a start date in September 2026.
Who We Are Looking For:
You are a qualified teacher with successful secondary teaching experience, ideally within Spanish language and literature. You bring excellent classroom management, strong communication skills and the ability to engage and प्रेर knowledge effectively. A collaborative and adaptable approach enables you to work well with colleagues, parents and support staff, contributing to a shared goal. You are proactive, organised and reflective, using feedback and data to continually improve your teaching practice. With a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student wellbeing, you create a respectful, structured and inspiring learning environment where every student can thrive.
