As a result of continued growth, vacancy has arisen in our Legal team for a Legal Associate for the UK portfolio.
Quintas Energy is looking for a Legal Associate for the Asset Management Department (Seville Office).
He/She will provide support to the Legal Team and to different functional areas regarding procedures and activities that require legal advice.
Responsabilities
1. Day-to-day management of operational and contractual matters across utility-scale renewable energy assets, including O&M, EPC, Grid Connection and commercial agreements.
2. Coordination and monitoring of contractual obligations, ensuring actions, deliverables and deadlines are properly managed and followed.
3. Supporting operational teams in the resolution of contractual matters affecting the portfolio.
4. Participation in onboarding processes for new assets, including legal and contractual documentation reviews and updates.
5. Management of regulatory and compliance-related obligations, including support with Ofgem-related matters where required.
6. Preparation of client reports, portfolio updates and contractual risk assessments.
7. Liaising with clients, contractors, advisors and internal teams to ensure efficient communication and delivery of contractual obligations.

Mandatory Requirements
1.Degree in Law.
2.Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
3.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients and external contractors.
4.Proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
5.Fluent English (written and spoken).
Desirable Requirements:
1.Previous experience or internship in contract management, legal operations, renewable energy sector.
2.Knowledge of or exposure to commercial contracts such as O&M, EPC or Grid Connection Agreements.
3.Interest in the renewable energy sector and operational asset management.
4.Experience preparing reports, formal correspondence or contractual documentation.
