Retail & Brand Experience Designer
Role Summary
The Retail & Brand Experience Designer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of branded physical environments across the company's global network, including stores, agent locations, offices, events, exhibitions, and activations. The role ensures the consistent application of the company's Brand and Retail Guidelines across all physical touchpoints while supporting a cohesive omnichannel brand experience.
Working as part of the Brand Experience team, the position collaborates closely with Marketing, Retail, Expansion, and local market teams worldwide. It requires a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and attention to detail, with responsibility for managing projects from concept development through final deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Design & Brand Implementation

Develop design solutions for stores, agent locations, offices, events, exhibitions, and branded environments in line with global Brand and Retail Guidelines.

Ensure the consistent and accurate application of the brand across all physical touchpoints worldwide.

Support the delivery of a cohesive brand experience by aligning physical environments with broader omnichannel initiatives and customer touchpoints.

Create optimized space planning solutions, store layouts, elevations, and technical documentation.

Develop 3D concepts, visualizations, and renderings to communicate design intent and support stakeholder decision-making.

Adapt global standards to local market requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
Project Development & Delivery

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Produce project deliverables to a high professional standard, including layouts, plans, elevations, artwork files, presentations, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support project implementation.

Review project outputs and ensure compliance with established design standards and brand guidelines.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay informed about retail design trends, materials, finishes, manufacturing methods, and emerging technologies.

Explore and apply AI-powered tools and innovative design methodologies to improve efficiency, creativity, and project outcomes.

Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance customer experience, brand expression, and retail environments globally.
Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with Retail, Marketing, Expansion, Operations, and local market teams across multiple regions.

Present design concepts and recommendations clearly through visual, written, and verbal communication.

Participate actively in team discussions, sharing ideas and contributing to a collaborative working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing retail, workplace, branded, or experiential environments.
- Experience working with global brands and multi-market projects is highly desirable.
- Understanding of retail branding, physical customer experience, and omnichannel environments.
- A portfolio submission is required as part of the application process.
- A high-quality portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, technical execution, and visual communication skills is required.
