EFT-Systems GmbH operates in the dynamic and rapidly growing renewable energy sector. As part of our expanding team, you will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding technical support for our energy storage systems across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support via phone and email.
- Analyse and identify error patterns and technical issues.
- Deliver expert technical assistance during the commissioning and operation of energy storage systems.
- Perform remote maintenance activities using current diagnostic tools.
- Use remote support technologies to communicate with customers and products across Europe.
- Manage and track cases through the ticketing system.
- Independently handle support tickets through to resolution, including arranging spare parts when required.
- Deliver presentations and training sessions on our storage systems to installers and partners through webinars, exhibitions, trade fairs, and other events.
Working Model
- Hybrid working model combining home office and business travel.
- Travel may be required for exhibitions, events, and customer-related activities.
- A reliable and stable internet connection is essential for remote work.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, a shared services environment, technical support, or a hotline function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify effective solutions to complex customer issues.
- Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of product functionality and wiring principles, including concepts such as voltage, current, and cabling, would be an advantage.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a strong team spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- German is a must! Knowledge of additional languages, particularly Italian and/or French, would be considered an asset.
