BI Developer / Data Visualization Specialist – Cross Platform Analytics (Assisted Channels)

We are looking for a BI Developer / Data Visualization Specialist to join our SaaS platform organization and help shape the evolution of cross-platform analytics capabilities across Assisted Channels.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for operational and customer interaction data.
- Develop visual analytics using Amazon QuickSight and multiple data sources (real-time and historical).
- Create intuitive dashboards focused on operational monitoring, executive reporting, and customer experience insights.
- Design KPI dashboards, scorecards, and real-time monitoring views.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful reporting solutions.
- Ensure usability, scalability, visual consistency, and data accuracy across all dashboards.
- Support analytics use cases across Contact Center, Omnichannel, Workforce, and Customer Experience domains.
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence development and dashboard creation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight and SQL.
- Experience building KPI-driven dashboards and operational reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles applied to data visualization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable visual insights.
- Experience working with operational and real-time reporting environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Knowledge of embedded analytics in SaaS platforms.
- Experience in Contact Center, Omnichannel, or Customer Experience analytics.
- Familiarity with workforce, operational, or speech/text analytics.
