We are looking for a Business Data Analyst with a strong data-driven mindset, able to bridge business and IT and translate requirements into process and data improvements.
You will be part of a 4 month international project focus on multicountry PeopleSoft ERP rollout (France, Belgium, UK, US, Canada, Italy, Spain), ensuring data quality, governance and consistency across regions.
Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business & data requirements

Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders (business, IT, partners)

Drive data governance, quality and integration

Document data flows, processes and functional specs

Provide insights on risks, data quality and improvements

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
️ Requirements

5+ years as Business/Data Analyst

Strong data modeling (conceptual) and analytical skills
-
Experience conducting interviews/workshops

Ability to structure and simplify complex information

Experience in data-driven environments (MDM is a plus)

Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

Fluent English (French is a plus).

Experience with PeopleSoft ERP

BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
