About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Airbnb Property Manager to join our growing team in Marbella. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of short-term rental properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for both property owners and guests.
This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new Airbnb properties and prepare them for guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Manage guest communications before, during, and after their stay.
- Coordinate and oversee check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage bookings across Airbnb and other booking platforms.
- Coordinate cleaners, maintenance teams, and suppliers.
- Ensure properties are presented to a high standard.
- Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
- Monitor occupancy and help maximise rental performance.
Requirements
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Previous experience in Airbnb, hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driving licence and own car.
- Must be based in Marbella or the surrounding area.
