At House of Thallo we are looking for a structured and independent Financial & Administrative Assistant to help manage and oversee all financial operations within our company.

Responsibilities
- Managing and checking incoming and outgoing invoices
- Preparing and following up on payments
- Monitoring and checking bank transactions
- Keeping track of outstanding payments
- Maintaining a clean and accurate administration in Odoo
- Matching payments and invoices correctly in Odoo
- Identifying discrepancies or financial errors
- Supporting monthly financial checks and administration
- Bringing structure and clarity to financial processes
- Communicating with suppliers when needed
Who are we looking for?
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented
- You can work independently and take responsibility
- Experience in finance and administration
- Experience with Odoo is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
- You are proactive and solution-oriented
- Affinity with interior design and lifestyle is a plus
