Within this forward-thinking ecosystem, we are looking for a highly detail-oriented Client Integration Specialist to join our Integrations Team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical partnerships, ensuring that API integrations between W2M and our clients remains seamless, stable, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit the performance and status of client push/pull connections.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to data delivery, connectivity errors, or system mismatches.
- Act as a proactive liaison, communicating directly with clients to troubleshoot issues, clarify technical requirements, and ensure swift alignment.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to coordinate system enhancements and operational improvements.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of configurations, incident logs, and communication history to ensure full traceability.
- Uphold data quality standards, validating that all integrations meet our needs.
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve performance in our connections.
What you'll need to succeed:

Proven experience in technical support, system integrations, or data operations.
- Strong communication skills, with a natural talent for client-facing relationship management.
- Familiarity with automated data exchange between complex systems.
- Acute attention to detail, with the analytical ability to spot data inconsistencies at a glance.
- Proactive mindset, feeling comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you'll also have:

Prior experience supporting APIs or technical products.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting API documentation.
- Solid knowledge of the hotel distribution landscape.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Hands-on experience with languages like XML and JSON.
- Background in the Travel/Hospitality Tech sector and exposure to distribution push formats such as EDF, OTDS, or PUSHJP.
