As part of our continued academic expansion, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Professor of Digital Innovation to join our international faculty and contribute to our Master's and MBA programmes.
About the Role
C3S Business School is seeking an experienced, industry-driven Professor of Digital Innovation to teach and mentor students across our Master's and MBA programmes.
This position is ideal for academics and senior industry professionals who combine strong research capabilities with practical expertise in digital technologies, innovation, and business transformation.
Teaching is delivered entirely in English to an international student body.
Areas of Expertise
Applicants should demonstrate strong academic and practical knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Cybersecurity Governance
- Risk Management
- Digital Transformation
- Enterprise Architecture
- Advanced Information Systems
- Cloud Computing Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Software Engineering
- Emerging Technologies and Digital Innovation
- Digital Strategy and Technology Management
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures and seminars for Master's and MBA students.
- Develop high-quality teaching materials, assessments, and learning activities.
- Supervise dissertations, capstone projects, and research assignments.
- Mentor and support students throughout their academic journey.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous programme enhancement.
- Participate in academic quality assurance and faculty initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues on research, innovation, and industry engagement activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Digital Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related discipline (required).
- PhD or Doctorate (preferred).
- Relevant industry and/or professional experience in digital transformation, technology, or innovation.
- Previous university-level teaching experience is highly desirable.
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching in an international and multicultural environment.
