We focus ondeveloping and commercialising larger solutions with multiple components (digital products, physical products, and service offerings) to create value beyond individual products by comprehensively addressing customer needs.
As aTechnical Solution Management Associate you will act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation of our solutions portfolio. You will work hand in hand with our team and different Solution Teams in the organization to support them with the automation of processes, contributing to the alignment with organizational objectives. Your main area of responsibility will be the application of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence technologies to design and develop tailored tools to bring the end-to-end management of digital solutions to the next level.
Main responsibilities
As a Technical Solution Management Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
- Contribution to Ideation and Design: Actively participate in the ideation, analysis, and evaluation of solutions within the team's scope with the objective of optimizing processes and augmenting transparency and traceability with data.
- Process Optimization Tool Development: Identify opportunities for improvement and enhance solution management by leveraging data analytics and AI tools for diverse stakeholder groups (e.g., solution teams, affiliate members, or the broader organization). Additionally, identify inefficient processes and create tools to automate or streamline them.
- Team management (e.g. lean portfolio management, Aha! Automation, etc.)
- Technical solution management (e.g. requirements, version control,...)
- End-to-End solution management (e.g. coordination of solutions portfolio, traceability,...)
- Solution Lifecycle Management Support: Assisting with the administrative and documentation tasks related to the different stages of the lifecycle of complex software solutions.
- Reporting and Metrics Creation: Supporting the creation of data-driven tools to track the performance and adoption of key organizational solutions.
- Sustainable Development: Define the necessary maintenance and sustainability tasks to ensure the continued relevance and accuracy of the developed tools by e.g. enabling seamless retraining with new or updated training data.
How would your day to day look like?
As Technical Solution Management Associate in the Diagnostics Insights Solutions team, you'll work closely with our team members (Business Solution Managers and Technical Solution Managers) as well as cross-functional partners from across the organization. This role offers a great opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including product managers, marketing leads, definition teams, engineering teams and subject matter experts.
The successful candidate will play a dual role, handling management and administrative support tasks related to organizational solutions, while also developing and implementing tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in solution management, process optimization, and light development work within a dynamic corporate environment.
Your day-to-day will be dynamic and diverse, involving tasks such as gathering inputs and requirements, scoping and framing projects, planning, development, testing, and piloting AI solutions. You'll also gain hands-on experience in areas like technical and business solution management, navigating various information sources, addressing complex challenges, and effectively communicating insights.
