As an Intern within the Neuromodulation business unit at Medtronic, you will support the commercial and marketing teams across Iberia. This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in sales support, marketing operations, and business coordination within a leading global healthcare technology company.
You will contribute to activities such as event organization, marketing initiatives, and operational support while working closely with cross functional teams. Through this role, you will gain insight into how sales and marketing collaborate to drive business growth and develop valuable organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a dynamic, international environment.
Internship details:
- Start date: 1st August 2026
- Location: Madrid, Spain
- Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6 months)
- Working hours: 40 hours per week
- Work model: hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Support stock analysis, inventory control, and warehouse organization, including handling shipments and material orders. Assist with monitoring, follow-ups, and resolving urgent or unexpected supply-related issues.
- Support the planning, localization, coordination, and execution of webinars, meetings, and marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery, brand compliance, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Support contract coordination and marketing administration by ensuring timely contracting of customers and partners and maintaining accurate, well-organized documentation and records.
- Support stakeholder communication and coordination by collaborating with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and partners while managing registrations, logistics, and multiple concurrent activities to ensure smooth execution projects.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Bioengineering or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 fluent level)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
