Role Purpose
The Brand Manager – Spain plays an essential executional role in delivering locally relevant marketing activation for the Adults Brands portfolio (Royal Bliss, Nordic Mist). You will be driving brand activation on a local level for your dedicated brands and working closely together with the local business operations team and local bottling partner, CCEP as well as the global/ European network to ensure that all brand activities meet Spanish market needs while remaining consistent with central brand strategy.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for a marketer who thrives on activation, coordination, cross functional collaboration, and driving excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage brand activation at the local level, including building annual brand plan, managing brand campaigns, activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging marketing assets), in coordination with the bottler & cross functional teams
- Support the Sparkling Flavours Senior Marketing Director on cross-functional initiatives, work assignments and tasks that align to brand priorities
- Manage brand program budgets (DME) and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget
- Coordinate execution of brand activation across digital, social, OOH, experiential, sponsorship, and instore touchpoints.
- Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business, drive brand love and brand value
- Coordinate local activations with bottler, including brand campaigns, POS activations & promos, events, experiential/sampling
- Prepare reports / market analysis / presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports)
- Work with agencies (creative, digital, shopper, packaging) on adaptation briefs and quality control.
- Support selling presentations, retailer activation plans, and customer specific adaptations.

Education Requirements & Related Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree, preferably in marketing/business
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing or FMCG activation on a local market level
- Experience in Spirits, Alcohol or Adult Brands is a plus
- Ability to understand and leverage business, finance and commercial insights.
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross correct in due time, scenario planning thinking.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders (category marketing teams, bottler, other functions, agencies) and ensure alignment.
- Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills; being able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time.
- Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with key stakeholders (category team, business operations team, bottler, local agencies)
- Strong communication skills and Language skills: Fluent Spanish and Fluent English.
- Experience collaborating with bottler/franchise partners preferred.

Base Salary:
Spain: 53,700 EUR to 75,800 EUR
