Job Description:
The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for creating, adapting, and optimizing engaging digital content that supports Pluxee’s local marketing campaigns, websites, and engagement channels. Whether working at local level, the role ensures content reflects Pluxee’s brand voice, is tailored to audience needs, and drives performance across digital touchpoints. This role works closely with content managers, campaign teams, and creative partners to bring digital experiences to life across channels.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
1. Lead Generation Content: Take a lead role in creating diverse content formats such as ebooks, checklists, market reports, and more, contributing to effective lead generation. Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SEO/GEO objectives, defined with the Demand Generation Manager and CMO.
2. Innovative Content Formats: Generate fresh ideas for engaging content formats, including AI, videos, podcasts, webinars, and other creative approaches to captivate our target audience.
3. Campaign & Channel Content Support Write and update content for local landing pages, newsletters, lead-generation campaigns, and employer branding efforts. Collaborate with local digital, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing messages are clear and compelling.
4. SEO Optimization: Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation Manager to optimize content for search engines, supporting the shift from paid to organic lead acquisition.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting Support Use content dashboards and analytics tools to track page views, engagement, and content usage.
YOU ARE A MATCH IF...
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 2–5 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, editorial production, or copywriting, particularly in the B2B SaaS or HRTech industry.
- Certifications Requirements: Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) preferred.
- Languages: English high and Spanish native
