Mission
You will be responsible for managing and resolving any issues related to the availability of technical documentation both at the airport and on board the aircraft (AC), ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while minimizing operational delays.
Tasks & responsibilities
Update onboard manuals in accordance with established guidelines.
Update relevant sections of the Operations Manual (OM) for flight crew, following instructions from the Onboard Documentation Supervisor.
Update route manuals, including cartography and maps.
Update cabin crew documentation in line with OM requirements.
Ensure that all documentation activities comply with company safety standards.
Provide support for tasks related to Electronic Flight Bags (EFB) within the Onboard Documentation Department.
Academic background
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field is a plus.
Knowledge of document management and revision processes.
Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Compliance Monitoring.
