About the Position
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to join our Rooms Division team.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in Housekeeping and quality standards who is ready to take on a broader responsibility across the entire guest experience. Beyond overseeing housekeeping quality, you will act as the guardian of the hotel's standards, ensuring excellence in cleanliness, presentation, maintenance coordination and overall guest satisfaction.
Working closely with Guest Experience, Maintenance and our external housekeeping provider, you will play a key role in driving consistency, accountability and continuous improvement across all guest-facing areas of the hotel.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and quality standards of the outsourced housekeeping provider.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and operational spaces.
- Drive initiatives to improve guest satisfaction scores and overall hotel quality.
- Analyse guest feedback, reviews and quality trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with Maintenance to ensure prompt resolution of issues affecting the guest experience.
- Monitor housekeeping inventories, supplier performance and operational quality processes.
- Lead sustainability initiatives and support Green Key compliance.
- Ensure all guest-facing areas consistently reflect the hotel's image and brand standards.
- Prepare quality reports, audits and performance analysis for the Rooms Division Manager.
- Act as a key liaison between Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, F&B and other departments.
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in Housekeeping Management, Quality Management or a similar operational hotel role.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping operations and hotel quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for maintaining exceptional standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships while holding teams and suppliers accountable.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Experience with hotel management systems is an advantage.
