About the Role
Are you an ambitious, results-driven Immigration Lawyer looking for flexibility and high earning potential? We are seeking a dynamic Abogado/a de Extranjería based in or near Toledo to handle a diverse and growing portfolio of immigration and international protection cases.
This is a hybrid, commission-based position, offering you the autonomy to manage your own schedule while earning a highly competitive percentage of the cases you handle and close. You will be the lead legal expert guiding clients through life-changing transitions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal counsel and manage cases from start to finish across various immigration pathways, including:
- Asylum & International Protection (Asilo y Protección Internacional)
- Student Visas (Estancia por Estudios)
- Family Reunification (Reagrupación Familiar)
- Residency Permits (Arraigos, Residencia por Cuenta Ajena/Propia, Golden Visa, etc.)
- Prepare, review, and submit administrative and appeals documentation to the Oficina de Extranjería and relevant authorities.
- Represent and accompany clients to appointments when necessary (Toledo/Madrid area).
- Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with international clients.
Requirements
Degree in Law (Grado en Derecho) and active registration with the Spanish Bar Association (Colegiado/a).
Proven experience in Spanish Immigration Law (Derecho de Extranjería y Asilo).
Languages: Spanish and English are required (both spoken and written).
Bonus Points: Fluency in Persian/Farsi, Pashto, or Arabic will make your application stand out significantly, as we work closely with these communities.
Location: Based in or near Toledo, Spain, with the ability to work hybrid (remote work + occasional in-person client meetings/filings).
