At CORUS, we are looking for a Change Program Office Consultant to join our team on an international issurance project.
Location: Hybrid from Barcelona
You will:
- Project Quality Assurance, ensuring the projects within the Portfolio operate within clear governance boundaries by performing quality assurance for all projects in the portfolio against our Project Framework in general and the project delivery framework from the IAA change and program office specifically.
- Ensure financials accuracy at Portfolio and Project level.
- Support on the overall Budget processes for the Portfolio (Budget setup, Actual vs Budget monitoring, Forecasts calculation)
- Support on Governance for Externals and run main processes (i.e. like on/offboarding or monthly invoicing process).
- Support reporting and KPI monitoring related to project delivery (i.e. utilization, resource capacity, portfolio updates, etc)
Provide support to Capability Management and Program management in all the activities within the group. Ensure proper and timely management information is provided on the change portfolio, such as project progress, risk heat maps and dependencies.

You should have:
- 5-10 years of experience in Project/Program Management & Planning Office
- Experience in different project management tools (knowledge of Clarizen or Planview will be an advantage) and ability to adapt to our preferred project management tool and framework.
- Experience in reporting tools so to be able to provide insights of the Portfolio to different stakeholders, adjusting the message to each stakeholder group.
- Knowledge of PowerBI and the usage of AI tools will be an advantage.
- Analytical skills, so to be able to use / learn tools to extract key data and provide insights.
Fluent in English is a must.
