Requirements:
- Professional equipment: camera, drones preferable
- Ability to film professional video walkthroughs of residential properties
- Deliver polished, edit-ready footage suitable for real estate marketing
- Coordinate shoot logistics and manage time efficiently within 3-4 hour sessions
- Maintain a consistent visual style across multiple property listings
