What will your challenges be?
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
Collaborate with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and external partners to support hiring needs and ensure the successful execution of talent initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Conduct employee follow-up and exit interviews, gathering insights and identifying opportunities to improve attraction, onboarding and engagement practices.
Monitor key indicators related to talent attraction initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Education: University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Previous exposure to talent development, learning, performance management or employee engagement initiatives will be considered a plus.
Languages: High- intermediate level of English.
